The Sozo Community of Practice is a platform for peer learning, shared-strategy and collectiv learning

CoP Memership criteria:

• You have completed a Sozo cohort (Track A, Track B, or both)

• You are an active Sozo Fellow running or preparing to launch an initiative

• You are a leader inside a Sozo Lab organization

• You are a community health advocate, faith leader, or CBO professional committed to the work of health equity through the lens of the Roots–Rise–Reimagine framework.
